1.  Registration of Active Public Employees for Social Security Services

The employer public organization presents service request for registration of its active public employees for social security services by submitting filled service application form and required documents. In order to get the service, the employer public organization should submit: Filled application form for registration of active public employees for social security services; Employment letter for each active public employee; Filled form of public employees personal, service and family situation description for each active public employee; Filled form of Personal History for each active public employee; Marriage or non-Marriage Certificate for each active public employee; Birth Certificates of Children of each active public employee, if there are children; Photograph of each active public employee Photograph of Spouse if active public employee is married; Photograph of Children of each active public employee, if there are children; If service requirements are fulfilled, the agency provides Pension Number and issues Pension Scheme Membership Cards to the registered active public employees.

2.  Renewal of Professionals License

Applicants who want to get the service of Renewal of Construction Professionals license by the Construction Work Regulatory Authority: Submit their service request by filling the application form;

Who Can Apply

Any construction Professionals that previously licensed and Professionals that fulfill the services requirement can apply for this service

Prerequisite

• Attach a renewed resident ID card/Driver’s license/Passport

  • Attach previous certificate
  • Two similar 3 * 3 photos if the repair place is over
  • Attach relevant Work experience For Employee
  • Competency certification of company(for manager of PLC or Enterprise)
  • Attach trade license(for manager of PLC or Enterprise)
  • Attach COC(from level 1 up to 5)
  • If the applicant is a representative attach your delegation letter and renewed resident ID card
  • Experience and Educational documents acquired from foreign countries should be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia.

3. Issuance of Cross Border Permit for Freight Truck Drivers and Assistants

Service Description

Applicants who want to get the service of Issuance of Cross Border Permit for Freight Truck Drivers and Assistants are required to:

  • 1. Submit their service request by filling the application form;
  • 2. Attach Cross Border Permit of Freight Truck;
  • 3. Attach Freight Truck Ownership Certificate or Authenticated Letter of Seizure of Ownership Certificate;
  • 4. Attach Authenticated Power of Attorney if application is submitted by agent;
  • 5. Attach Renewed Resident ID Card of the agent if application is submitted by an agent;
  • 6. Attach Support Letter from Freight Transport Association/ Company/ Sole Transporter;
  • 7. Attach Renewed Vehicle Driving License if application is for Driver;
  • 8. Attach Renewed Resident ID Card of Assistant if application is for Assistant;
  • 9. Attach 3 X 4 size photograph of Driver and Assistant;
  • 10. Pay the amount of fee For Djibouti 100 birr for Sudan 110 birr  for the service;
